- Introduction
Welcome to souneeds.
We provide an online platform where customers can buy products, book maintenance or repair services, and connect with verified vendors and service providers.
By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
- How Our Platform Works
Our Platform connects:
- Customers – who buy products or book services.
- Vendors – who list and sell products.
- Service Providers – who offer installation, maintenance, or repair services.
We act as a digital marketplace to help both sides connect safely and efficiently.
Please note: The Company does not own, manufacture, or control most of the listed products or services. Responsibility for product quality, delivery, or service completion lies with the respective Vendor or Service Provider.
- General Rules (Apply to Everyone)
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details private.
- Any activity under your account will be treated as done by you.
- The Company can suspend or remove your account if you break these rules.
- Customer Terms
4.1 Orders and Bookings
- When you place an order or service booking, please double-check your address, contact details, and time slots.
- Your order is confirmed only after the vendor/service provider accepts it.
- If a product or service is unavailable, your order may be cancelled or rescheduled, and we’ll notify you promptly.
4.2 Payments
- Prices are decided by vendors or service providers.
- Prices may change due to stock, materials, or market rates.
- You can pay online (Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.) or by COD if available.
- Some services or products may include delivery or installation charges.
4.3 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds or exchanges follow our Refund & Return Policy.
- For service cancellations, please cancel or reschedule within the allowed time.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
4.4 Warranty & Support
- Product warranties depend on the seller’s or manufacturer’s policy.
- Service warranties depend on the service provider’s commitment (e.g., days of free service after completion).
- The Company helps coordinate issues but is not directly responsible for vendor or service claims.
- Vendor & Service Provider Terms
5.1 Registration
- Vendors and service providers must complete verification and provide accurate business, tax, and contact details.
- You must comply with all local laws (GST, licenses, safety, etc.).
5.2 Product Listings & Service Details
- Ensure all listings include accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
- Keep stock and availability updated at all times.
5.3 Order Handling & Service Delivery
- Vendors must confirm and dispatch orders on time.
- Service providers must complete jobs professionally and on schedule.
- Cancellations, delays, or poor-quality service may lead to penalties or account suspension.
5.4 Payments & Fees
- Vendors/service providers will receive payments after successful order or service completion, minus applicable platform or commission fees.
- The Company may hold or delay payments in case of disputes, cancellations, or suspected fraud.
5.5 Responsibilities
- Vendors/service providers are solely responsible for their listings, warranties, and after-sales or post-service support.
- The Company may remove or block any seller/service provider that violates rules or receives repeated complaints.
5.6 Security Deposit (for Technicians/Service Providers/Sellars)
- Each Technicians/Service Providers/Sellars is required to submit a security deposit before starting work, as decided by the Company. This amount is non-refundable. If the Company receives any fraud report or complaint against the technician or their team, a penalty may be imposed or deducted from the security deposit or collected in cash
- Sellers and service providers will receive their payments within 7 working days after successful delivery of the product or completion of the service, subject to verification and deduction of applicable platform fees.
- Platform Responsibilities
We provide:
- A secure online system for listings, bookings, and payments.
- Basic customer support and dispute assistance.
- Transparent policies for fair usage.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Product or service quality (these are the vendor/service provider’s responsibility).
- Continuous, error-free access to the Platform (technical issues may occur).
- That all users will act honestly — though we take action on verified complaints.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post fake reviews or use multiple accounts for manipulation.
- Send spam, abusive, or offensive content.
- Copy or misuse any content, photos, or code from the Platform.
- Violate the rights or privacy of others.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and designs belong to the Company.
You cannot copy or reuse them without written permission.
- Privacy Policy
Your personal data is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
We keep your data safe and do not share it without your consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
- Product or service defects (vendors/service providers are responsible).
- Delays or losses caused by courier, technical issues, or incorrect information.
- Any indirect or accidental damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or service.
- Dispute Handling
- Most issues can be resolved through our customer support.
- If not, we’ll help mediate between the customer and vendor/service provider.
- Warranty, Replacement & Exchange Policy
- Warranty Coverage:
Only a Replacement Warranty is provided for the duration specified by the Seller at the time of purchase.
- Replacement Process:
- Product replacement will be provided within 1–2 days for customers located in Same State.
- For customers in other states, replacement may take 2–7 working days, depending on courier and logistics availability.
- Conveyance charges are to be paid by the client at the time of product replacement during the warranty period, through any available method such as Porter, Uber, Courier, or at the Shop/Service Center Counter.
- Exchange Policy:
Exchange is allowed only for manufacturing defects or damaged products.
Customers must send a video of the issue to the company’s official email or WhatsApp before initiating the exchange.
- Condition of Replacement Product:
The company will ship the same item in the same condition as shown in the images, with the same product model number as placed in the order, to avoid any dispute.
- Non-Returnable Products:
Products that have been used are non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution Clause
- Nature of Disputes:
Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be of a civil nature only.
- Bar on Criminal Proceedings:
It is expressly agreed and understood by the Parties that no criminal proceedings shall be initiated or maintainable against the Seller in respect of any matter arising under or in relation to this Agreement.
- Jurisdiction:
All disputes or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only, and no other court or authority shall have jurisdiction, irrespective of the place where the cause of action arises, wholly or in part.
- Arbitration (if applicable):
In the event the Parties agree to resolve any dispute through arbitration, the seat and venue of arbitration shall be exclusively at Delhi, and the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
“In the event of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, the same shall be of a civil nature only.

In case of arbitration, the seat and venue of arbitration shall be exclusively at Delhi, and the proceedings shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.”
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates our Terms or policies.
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Harms the reputation or safety of the Platform or users.
- Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime for legal, business, or user experience reasons.
The latest version will always be posted on the Platform. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
