Warranty – We will ship the same item in the same condition as shown in the images, with the same product model number as placed in the order, to avoid any dispute in the future.
Product replacement will be provided within (1-3 working days) for customers located in Same State For customers in other states, replacement may take (3–7 working days), depending on courier and logistics availability.
Refund Policy

Exchange is available only for products with manufacturing defects or those damaged during courier or delivery. Please send an unboxing video (recorded at the time of delivery) to the company’s email or WhatsApp for verification and comparison with the seller’s video.
Any errors or damages caused by the technician, mechanic, or consumer, including issues related to electrical connections, water leakage, unit flushing, or cleaning, shall not be covered under exchange or warranty.
Products marked as eligible for replacement or exchange in the description may be replaced or exchanged once within 24 hours of delivery by Souneeds. Any subsequent replacement or exchange requests will be chargeable to the customer through any available method of delivery.
Any product that has been replaced or exchanged once by the company or seller/vendor will not be eligible for another replacement or exchange. However, if the seller refuses, a conference (Call & Talking) will be held between the seller and the consumer. If the seller agrees to a return, refund, or replacement of the product under any condition or with applicable charges to be paid by the consumer, company, or both, that decision will be considered final.
